Achievement

We have completed planning for three courses that represent the first required IGERT courses, and that have been developed specifically for our IGERT program. These are a short course in adaptive management (hands on, with agency professionals involved as both students and teachers), a formal semester long course in adaptive management, and a semester course on resilience. These will be taught in August 2010, Fall 2010, and Spring 2011, respectively. Additionally the university has developed an ethics in research course, which our students are currently enrolled in.
