Real-time transit navigation platform created
TransitGenie, a real-time transit navigation platform with an iPhone client interface, was created during this reporting period. At the present time there are 4000+ users in the Chicago area and the number of users is rapidly expanding. This provides an environment in which to apply new findings in transit routing and related areas. The latest version of TransitGenie, 2.0, was released in February, 2010 and is available as a free download for Apple's iPhone through Apple's iTunes online store.
