Achievement

For the second quarter of our core course, our trainees enroll in an undergraduate course on environmental policy and economics, with a discussion section taught by the professor and restricted to IGERT trainees and associates. In the latter, they supplemented the text with readings from the literature and, based on their discussions, wrote a review of approaches to environmental management decisions under scenarios of rapid environmental change. This manuscript soon will be submitted to a peer-reviewed journal.
