Achievement

A central activity of the UO IGERT program was the regular research seminar of IGERT trainees. These seminars allowed IGERT students to gain perspective, develop collaborations, and to place their research in a broader context in relation to other fields which are interdisciplinary with chemistry/materials science. Also, IGERT has has helped trainees to hone the skill of discussing their research with those outside my immediate field of study.
