Achievement

Our Wednesday bi-weekly discussion group are guided by the trainees themselves. The format includes discussion of current literature, trainee research seminars and discussions on ethics. We promote these meetings throughout the university and encourage participation from the genomics community. This year, many of the meetings have been used by trainees to present their current research. The trainees find this valuable since they are able to practice their presentation skills and receive feedback from an interdisciplinary perspective.
