Achievement

IGERT trainee Miguel Rodriguez, as a result of his research with crescent nanoantennas, has been invited to participate in a three-month international research exchange internship with Dr. Paolo Biagioni of the Politecnico di Milano University, Milano, Italy, who also works on nanoantennas. Dr. Biagioni’s group is well known around the world in nanophotonics. Miguel is currently in Italy working on his internship, and will return to the University of Utah mid-summer, 2013.
