Achievement

The Trainees found the Management in Global Design and Construction course taken in the Spring Semester by 1st year Trainees helpful as it gave them an exposure to topics and student groups whom they would not otherwise be interacting with. The course also gave Trainees the opportunity to collaborate with students and faculty from different universities countries and countries through the course's "global" on-line learning platform. As part of the course, Trainees read articles and were then able to address questions directly to the articles authors, also through the on-line platform. This process helped the 1st year Trainees understand better the research content of the articles, but more importantly the process via which research is conducted and articles are then written, reviewed and published.
